GBS' Social Justice Committee is hosting a fundraising event for our endeavors, namely to work in collaboration with SF-CESS and train our faculty and parent members as social justice facilitators.
Please join us for the first of our Author Reading Series with Shanthi Sekaran, reading from her novel, Lucky Boy.
Lucky Boy tells story of an undocumented young Mexican woman who makes it across the border to Berkeley, California, and finds her destiny colliding with that of an Indian-American couple, through a child.
