1. Attend an Open House.
There are two options for attending an open house. You must attend one or the other. If you are a two-parent family, we encourage one parent to come to each.
Weekday Morning - 9:15am-10:45am
Come visit our current location at 65 Ocean Avenue. You will have the opportunity to step inside the classroom for a moment while school is in session. We will then gather with some of our parents and administration to discuss the school and programs we offer. We encourage you to walk the three blocks down to our school farm and see where our children spend much of their school day.
Saturday Morning - 10am-12pm
Come visit our current location at 65 Ocean Avenue. You will have the opportunity to tour the current school site while there are no students present. Teachers will be present to speak about their individual programs and offer you a participatory moment to experience each grade level. We will gather with parents, teachers, and administration to discuss the school and programs we offer.
NO CHILDREN at either event. We do not currently provide childcare for either event. Babies in arms is okay.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a week of signing up for an open house.
You will receive a reminder the week before your assigned open house.
We look forward to meeting you!
Applications are available at these events.
2. Submit an application and tuition assistance application.
Applications and student evaluation forms are available at open houses.
Applications and student evaluation forms are due January 15.

3. Family-Teacher Meetings.
Each applicant will bring their child to have an interactive conversation with a teacher in the program to which they are applying.
Depending on the program to which you are applying, you may have one-on-one meetings or small group meetings.
This time offers the opportunity for the family and the school to decide if we are the right fit.
These meetings are held in February.
Decisions are e-mailed according to the dates agreed upon by the Bay Area Director's of Admissions group in March.
